* Compound: Each tablet contains:

Diosmin micronized 450 mg

Hesperidin 50 mg

* Auxiliary components: Microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, Aerosil, magnesium stearate, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide.

* Properties: A venotonic agent, it also has angioprotective properties. Reduces vein extensibility and venous congestion, reduces capillary permeability and increases their resistance. The results of clinical studies confirm the pharmacological activity of preparations containing this active substance in relation to venous hemodynamic parameters.

Increases venous tone: A decrease in venous emptying time has been shown using venous occlusal plethysmography. In patients with signs of severe microcirculation disorders after therapy with drugs containing this active substance, there is a (statistically significant, compared with placebo) increase in capillary resistance, assessed by angio stereometry.

Therapeutic efficacy has been proven in the treatment of chronic diseases of the veins of the lower extremities, as well as in the treatment of hemorrhoids.

* Indications: Therapy of symptoms of venous-lymphatic insufficiency: pain; cramps of the lower extremities; feeling of heaviness and fullness in the legs; leg fatigue.

Therapy of manifestations of venous-lymphatic insufficiency: swelling of the lower extremities; trophic changes in the skin and subcutaneous tissue; venous trophic ulcers.

Symptomatic therapy of acute and chronic hemorrhoids.

* Dosage and administration: inside. With venous insufficiency: 2 tablets / day (at noon and in the evening with meals). For acute hemorrhoids: 6 tablets / day for the first 4 days, then 4 tablets / day for 3 days.

* Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substance.

* Precautionary measures: This drug is not a substitute for specific treatment for other anal disorders when hemorrhoids flare up.

In the presence of venous circulation disorders, the maximum effect of treatment is provided by a combination of therapy with a healthy (balanced) lifestyle: it is desirable to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, prolonged stay on the legs, and it is also recommended to reduce excess body weight.
