Compound: Each 5 ml contains:
High DHA Fish Oil 640 mg
Evening primrose oil 213 mg
DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (E 1000 EP) 15.65 mg
Thyme oil 0.4 mg
Properties: Efalex provides the body with essential long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids DHA and AA, which are the most abundant fatty acids in the brain and retina.
Provides DHA and AA — important building blocks of the brain, nervous system and eyes.
Provides EPA and GLA — necessary for the transmission of information between nerves.
Efalex is a combination of omega-3 and omega-6, as well as powerful antioxidants, vitamin E and thyme oil, providing maximum protection and anti-inflammatory effects on the skin.

Dosage and administration: 2 capsules 2 times a day. Take with meals
Contraindications: It is not recommended to take during pregnancy and lactating women.
Precautionary measures: Efalex should be used with caution when:
— Seizures associated with schizophrenia
— Hemolytic cases.
Side effects: Very rare digestive disorders can usually be corrected by taking Efalex Omega-3 + 6 with meals and / or reducing the dose over the course of a week, and then slowly introducing the correct dosage.
