Indications: Food supplement for weight loss and weight control programs.

Directions of use: For adults, take one sachet 30 minutes before each meal followed by plenty of water or as recommended by your doctor.

Add content of 1 sachet into 200 ml of cold water •Mix until fully dissolved Drink immediately if you prefer a thin consistency, or leave for few minutes if you prefer a thicker consistency •Then drink plenty of water (250-500ml).
