* Composition: Magnesium 150 mg

Melatonin 5 mg

Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Gum cellulose, Stearic acid, Hypromellose, Titanium dioxide, Colloidal silicon dioxide.

* Properties: Melatonin is the synthetic analogue of the pineal gland hormone (pineal gland) melatonin.

It has an adaptogenic, sedative, hypnotic effect.

Normalizes circadian rhythms.
