Cinchocaine hydrochloride 5 mg

Hydrocortisone 5 mg

Framycetin sulfate 10 mg

Esculoside 10 mg

Properties:

The mechanism of action of the drug is due to its constituent components. Hydrocortisone is a corticosteroid hormone that inhibits the function of macrophages and leukocytes, limits the migration of leukocytes to the site of inflammation. It contributes to the stabilization of lysosomal membranes, thereby reducing the concentration of proteolytic enzymes in the focus of inflammation, reduces capillary permeability due to the action of histamine. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-exudative action.

Zincocaine hydrochloride is a local anesthetic and reduces the excitability of sensitive nerve endings.

Framycetin is an antibiotic from the group of aminoglycosides. It acts bactericidal on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Esculoside is related to vitamin P, reduces the permeability and fragility of capillaries, binds free radicals and has a vasoactive venotonic effect.

Indications: Hemorrhoids, especially those associated with inflammatory conditions.

Anal fissures, anal itching and proctitis.

Dosage and administration:

One suppository is injected into the rectum at night and in the morning, and also after each bowel movement.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Precautionary measures: Hydrocortisone is used only after appropriate proctological examinations and diagnosis.

With prolonged use of the drug, it is necessary to remember the possibility, although rare, of the development of a systemic corticosteroid effect.
