* Indications: as a dietary supplement of vitamins and minerals.

* Mode of application: The usual dose is 1 capsule one day after breakfast, unless directed by a doctor.

* Precautions: Excessive and uncontrolled consumption of ginseng products. It should not be used concurrently with stimulants, including substances containing caffeine. Sometimes causes gastrointestinal irritation and abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation. Feces from patients taking iron salts may turn black. May cause mastalgia, which disappears after discontinuation of therapy. Should not be taken by patients with pollen sensitivity. Do not use with anticoagulants, with finilzine, with diuretics.

* Pregnancy and lactation: should not be taken during pregnancy and lactation.

* Side effects: insomnia, nosebleeds, headache, nervousness and vomiting.

* Storage: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C in a dry place out of the reach of children.
