* Compound: 1 ml drops contains:

Oxymetazoline 0.05% or 0.25 mg

* Excipients: Benzalkonium chloride 50% sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate,

disodium edetate potassium dihydrogen phosphate and purified water.

* Properties: This nasal spray contains oxymetazoline hydrochloride, which is a decongestant. It relieves nasal congestion by constricting the blood vessels, helping to open up the nasal passages. The action occurs within a few minutes and lasts up to 12 hours.

* Indications: Used to relieve nasal congestion caused by colds, flu, sinusitis, hay fever, or other types of allergic sinusitis.

* Mode of application: • Adults and children over 12:

1-2 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours.

• Within 24 hours, adults should enter no more than 8 injections.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Normifrin should not be used for longer than 7 days unless directed by a physician. Before re-administration of the drug, an interval of several days should pass.

• Shake well before use.

• Alternately inject the nebulizer into each nostril and press firmly once or twice while inhaling.

• Wipe the spray tip after use. Use of this product by more than one person may result in the spread of infection.

• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

* Side effects: • Stop using oxymetazoline and get medical help right away if you have any of the following signs, which could be signs of an allergic reaction:

- difficulty breathing or swallowing;

- swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat;

- Severe itching with red rash or bumps.

• Are common:

Dryness or irritation of the nasal mucosa, nausea, headache, local burning.

• Very rare:

Allergic reactions (skin rash, itching), blurred vision, irregular or rapid heartbeat.

Contraindications: - hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline or other components of Normifrin

- recent transnasal surgery;

- narrow-angle glaucoma;

*Warnings and Precautions: • Tell your doctor if you have:

- high blood pressure

- heart disease

- overactive thyroid gland

- diabetes

• Pregnancy and lactation:

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You should use oxymetazoline during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if recommended by your doctor.

• You should not use oxymetazoline if you are taking certain medicines used to treat depression (monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants.

• Keep out of the reach of children.

* Storage method: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C
