Composition:
Each sustained-release tablet contains:

1- Diclofenac Sodium — 50mg

2- Diclofenac Sodium — 75mg

3- Diclofenac Sodium — 100mg

Auxiliary components: cetyl alcohol, magnesium stearate, povidone, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, sucrose, hypromellose, red iron oxide, macrogol 8000, polysorbate 80, talc, titanium dioxide, black iron oxide.

Properties:
Diclofenac sodium belongs to non-steroidal drugs with pronounced antirheumatic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties.

Indications:
Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid arthriti ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and spondyloarthritis, pain in the spine, extraarticular rheumatism, post-traumatic and postoperative pain syndromes accompanied by inflammation and edema, including after dental or orthopedic operations; gynecological diseases accompanied by pain and inflammation, for example, primary dysmenorrhea and adnexitis.

Mode of application:
For oral administration. The tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid during meals. For adults, the recommended minimum dose is 100 — 150 mg, administered as 1 tablet of 100 mg. In milder cases, as well as with long-term therapy, a dose of 75 to 100 mg per day is effective. If symptoms are most pronounced during the night or in the morning, take the 75 and 100 mg tablets, preferably in the evening.

Contraindications:
Childhood; hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, aspirin; severe heart, hepatic, renal failure; bradycardia, severe arterial hypotension; stomach bleeding; period of pregnancy, lactation.

Precautions:
 

With the development of hepatic diseases, the drug should be discontinued. Patients with diseases of the heart and blood vessels during therapy should be under the supervision of a physician. Weak and elderly patients, patients with low body weight should use the minimum therapeutically effective dose. Before prescribing the medication, it is necessary to undergo a clinical examination for patients with peptic ulcers; with a history of intestinal bleeding; with damage to the liver and kidneys, including a history; with high blood pressure. With bronchial asthma, hay fever, acute and chronic respiratory pathologies, in patients with polyps in the nose, taking the drug can cause asthmatic attacks. Treatment of these conditions is symptomatic.

Side effects:
Headaches, dizziness; vertigo; tachy / bradycardia, arterial hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure; painful sensations in the abdomen, vomiting, cramps, flatulence, nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia; fluid retention in the body, edema; rash, Quincke’sedema.
